Collaborating closely with Sales Specialists, Account Managers, and Systems Engineering teams for targeted customer engagement. Your interactions will encompass the Collaboration Business Unit and Global Collaboration Sales ecosystem.
Your mission involves revolutionizing customer experiences through Webex collaboration technologies, delivering innovative solutions with enthusiasm. Embrace your unique approach to technical sales within a top-tier workplace environment.
Your Professional Contribution
• Supporting Collaboration Solutions Engineers targeting Midsize and SMB markets. Partnering with Collaboration Sales Specialists, Virtual Account Managers, Territory Managers, Partners, and Regional Sales Managers focusing on West Coast clientele.
• Strategizing sales approaches, crafting proposals, facilitating customer trials and proof-of-concepts, and delivering compelling technical presentations to drive business closure.
• Offering sophisticated technical guidance across Cisco's Collaboration Portfolio, emphasizing expertise in Webex SaaS solutions.
• Coordinating with established Cisco Account Managers, Systems Engineers, and collaboration partners to develop strategic sales methodologies and customer engagement strategies.
• Engaging with technical sales teams to architect innovative solutions that advance strategic objectives and differentiate partner offerings.
Fundamental Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years pre-sales/Systems Engineering background
• Comprehensive technical understanding of Unified Communications, Contact Center, Conferencing, Collaboration Devices, and cloud-based communication technologies in pre-sales contexts
• Profound technical comprehension of Webex Suite and Cisco Collaboration portfolio - both On-Premises and Cloud environments
Advantageous Qualifications:
• Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco VoIP infrastructure including SIP, PRI, T1, H.323, MGCP, CUCM, CUC technologies
• Demonstrated experience with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS solutions
• Professional certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
• Strong communication capabilities, strategic planning skills, self-motivation, and execution-focused mindset

Compensation Details
Starting salary range: $150,000.00 - $189,000.00 for US/Canada locations, excluding additional compensation elements.
