World Business Lenders, LLC is hiring an ISO Sales Representative for our remote team. This Account Representative role focuses on high-volume outbound sales and customer service for our commercial loan products. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and driving sales through proactive outreach.
What You'll Do
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients using a manual dialer.
- Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and explain financial products effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up on inquiries and build long-term relationships with prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Continuously learn about products, the financial industry, and market trends.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced, almost native level of verbal and written English.
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Comfortable with manual dialing systems and persistent calling.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
- Quick learner with a genuine interest in financial services and lending.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools.
- Must be comfortable working with productivity monitoring systems.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience selling financial products or working in business finance.
- Microsoft Teams experience.
- Formal education is a plus, though a secondary diploma or relevant sales experience is acceptable.
