AllCare.ai is hiring Remote Outreach Specialists to support our consumer division and drive activation into our remote care ecosystem. We combine advanced artificial intelligence with compassionate care delivery to bring telehealth and pharmacy services directly to consumers. You will be at the forefront of this mission, conducting structured, phone-based outreach to drive awareness, discover eligibility, and guide enrollment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound calls using provided lists and perform light outbound sourcing to support activation targets.
- Introduce and explain AllCare.ai’s remote care, monitoring, and pharmacy services using approved scripts while adapting naturally to consumer needs.
- Engage prospective consumers, qualify interest and eligibility, and address common objections to drive next-step commitment.
- Support enrollment and activation by guiding interested individuals through next steps, including scheduling telehealth intake when applicable.
- Document call outcomes, interest levels, and follow-ups accurately.
- Work toward clearly defined outreach, scheduling, and activation performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- Comfort speaking on the phone with a friendly, confident, and professional tone.
- Clear communication, objection-handling, and persuasion skills in a structured outreach environment.
- A reliable, punctual, and self-directed work ethic.
- Interest in healthcare delivery and comfort working toward outreach, activation, and enrollment targets.
- Ability to stay organized and follow structured processes consistently.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in phone-based outreach, enrollment, sales, or customer success.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $18–$20 per hour plus a performance-based bonus.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates globally.
