Osta is seeking Remote Outreach Specialists to support consumer activation for a U.S.-based healthtech company. In this role, you will conduct phone-based outreach for eligibility discovery, education, and enrollment into remote care and pharmacy services.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound calls using provided lists and light outbound sourcing to support activation targets.
- Introduce and explain remote care, monitoring, and pharmacy services using approved scripts while adapting naturally to consumer needs.
- Engage prospective consumers, qualify interest and eligibility, and address common objections to drive next-step commitment.
- Support enrollment and activation by guiding interested individuals through next steps, including scheduling telehealth intake when applicable.
- Document call outcomes, interest levels, and follow-ups.
- Work toward clearly defined outreach, scheduling, and activation performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with a professional, clear, and confident tone.
- Strong communication, objection-handling skills, and attention to detail in a metrics-driven environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in healthcare delivery, pharmacy services, or healthtech operations.
- Ability to follow scripts and workflows while maintaining a natural, consumer-friendly conversation style.
- Comfort working toward outreach, enrollment, and performance benchmarks.
Nice to Have
- Pharmacist degree strongly preferred.
- Outreach, enrollment, or healthcare sales experience is a plus.
- Prior outreach or sales experience is a plus but not required.
Team & Environment
This role is part of an Egypt-based team focused on the consumer division.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $400 USD per month.

This is a remote, local-country position based in Egypt.
