World Business Lenders, LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven ISO Sales Representative to join our team. This remote role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment.
What You'll Do
- Initiate, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and similar entities to generate borrower referrals.
- Pursue company-assigned leads via phone and email.
- Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files through the pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced, almost native-level verbal and written English.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity.
- Comfort working with productivity monitoring systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Previous sales experience in the US market.
