Brafton is looking for a Remote Director of Sales & Account Management - Canada to own our market growth and client success strategy. You will lead initiatives to acquire new business and retain key accounts, directly impacting our expansion in the region.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and account management strategy for the Canadian market
- Lead new business sales efforts, from prospecting to deal closure
- Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise accounts
- Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities
- Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets for both sales and client retention
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the Canadian market
- Demonstrated success in both new business development and strategic account management
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance and market opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and drive strategy in a remote environment
