Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will lead the full-cycle sales process for enterprise-grade supply chain software, focusing on building trusted relationships with key decision-makers and delivering strategic solutions aligned with customer goals. Your success will depend on deep industry insight, consultative selling techniques, and close collaboration with technical and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for engaging new prospects and expanding within existing accounts
  • Manage complex, multi-stage sales cycles from initial outreach through contract negotiation and final close
  • Deliver customized, ROI-focused presentations that address specific business challenges and opportunities
  • Partner with presales, solution consultants, and marketing to align offerings with customer needs
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client environments, objectives, and competitive pressures
  • Stay informed on evolving cloud-based supply chain technologies and market dynamics
  • Track and analyze customer technology landscapes and industry trends to position solutions effectively

Qualifications

Candidates must have a strong background in enterprise software sales, particularly within supply chain systems such as warehouse, order, and transportation management platforms. Experience navigating long sales cycles with C-level stakeholders is essential.

  • Proven ability to engage senior executives and influence strategic purchasing decisions
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in complex, high-value environments
  • Experience selling WMS, OMS, or TMS solutions in a consultative capacity
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented sales culture
  • Commitment to nurturing long-term customer relationships

Work Environment

This is a remote position based in Mexico, requiring up to 50% travel to meet clients and collaborate with regional teams.
