Jerry.ai is looking for a Remote Customer Support Agent to help our customers manage their auto insurance policies. You’ll join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping car owners save time and money, working directly with policyholders to update their coverage across our network of 55+ insurance carrier partners.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits.
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.

- Hourly wage: $19.00 - $21.00.
