- Lead content planning, production, and distribution across blog, social, email, and video platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to translate roadmap developments into engaging content campaigns
- Develop editorial standards and content calendars to ensure consistent publishing rhythm
- Use analytics to measure content effectiveness and optimize for engagement and conversion
- Identify content gaps and opportunities across the user journey
- Manage external contributors and freelancers to scale content output
- Maintain brand voice and messaging alignment across all content formats
- Guide SEO strategy to increase organic reach and visibility
- Produce high-performing thought leadership pieces and long-form content
- Oversee localization of content for non-English speaking markets
- Train team members on content best practices and messaging frameworks
- Evaluate content tools and platforms to improve workflow efficiency
- Stay current with industry trends and adapt strategy accordingly
