Select Labs Inc is hiring a Founding Account Executive to be the second member of our GTM team and directly impact our growth trajectory. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for building and managing a large sales pipeline and defining our sales strategies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
- Take full ownership of the closing process, including negotiations and procurement.
- Work with technical stakeholders and executives to identify opportunities to expand SELECT's revenue.
- Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture sales opportunities.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in FinOps & data engineering to provide customers with insightful solutions.
- Help define and execute a multi-channel outreach strategy (email, LinkedIn, phone, videos, etc.) across a large account/prospecting list.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within accounts while tailoring SELECT’s offerings to fit each customer's specific data environment.
- Lead and contribute to team projects to refine our sales process while shaping the SELECT sales culture.
- Represent SELECT at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously refine our playbooks and share best practices to elevate the sales org.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS.
- Experience selling to technical buyers (engineers, developers, data analysts/scientists, etc.).
- Demonstrated history of net-new prospecting and pipeline generation, both personally and in collaboration with Partnerships and Marketing partners.
- Comfortable with outbound sales.
- Process-driven and able to juggle multiple tools, campaigns, and priorities.
- Curious and creative, enjoys trying new things and learning new ways of approaching challenges.
Team & Environment
You’ll be the second member of the GTM team, reporting to the CEO. This is a small team where your impacts will be seen and felt directly.
