About the Role

Select Labs Inc is hiring a Founding Account Executive to be the second member of our GTM team and directly impact our growth trajectory. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for building and managing a large sales pipeline and defining our sales strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
  • Take full ownership of the closing process, including negotiations and procurement.
  • Work with technical stakeholders and executives to identify opportunities to expand SELECT's revenue.
  • Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in FinOps & data engineering to provide customers with insightful solutions.
  • Help define and execute a multi-channel outreach strategy (email, LinkedIn, phone, videos, etc.) across a large account/prospecting list.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within accounts while tailoring SELECT’s offerings to fit each customer's specific data environment.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to refine our sales process while shaping the SELECT sales culture.
  • Represent SELECT at industry events and conferences.
  • Continuously refine our playbooks and share best practices to elevate the sales org.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers (engineers, developers, data analysts/scientists, etc.).
  • Demonstrated history of net-new prospecting and pipeline generation, both personally and in collaboration with Partnerships and Marketing partners.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales.
  • Process-driven and able to juggle multiple tools, campaigns, and priorities.
  • Curious and creative, enjoys trying new things and learning new ways of approaching challenges.

Team & Environment

You’ll be the second member of the GTM team, reporting to the CEO. This is a small team where your impacts will be seen and felt directly. We offer a big opportunity to leverage a well-known brand with strong customer advocates. This is not a 9-5 role; we are optimizing for the best folks to multiply sales speed.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates across North America.
