Lavendo was looking for a Remote BDR (US Startup)

Lavendo is looking for a Remote Business Development Representative (BDR) for our US-based SaaS company specializing in data privacy and security. You will be responsible for generating new leads and setting qualified meetings for the sales team, working remotely from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new leads through cold calling (50+ calls per day), email outreach, and LinkedIn
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for setting qualified meetings
  • Utilize CRM (Hubspot) and sales tools to track performance, manage pipeline, and maintain client information
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience as a BDR or similar outbound sales role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Level C1-C2)
  • Proficiency in cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to companies in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales software (Hubspot, SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless)
  • Ability and willingness to work ET hours

  • Knowledge of Data Privacy, Data Security, GDPR, and CCPA
