AnswersNow Inc is looking for a Remote BCBA - Spanish Speaking to provide remote Applied Behavior Analysis therapy and clinical services to clients in both English and Spanish. You will join a team focused on making autism therapy more immediate, accessible, and effective.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote direct therapy to clients in English and Spanish
- Implement clinical programming according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Collaborate with a Remote Care Delivery Team to ensure client needs are met
- Conduct remote assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct remote functional behavioral assessments and risk assessments
- Work with families to identify, evaluate, and solve barriers to effective care
What We're Looking For
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Must be able to provide direct services in English and Spanish
- Must have availability Monday-Friday from 3pm - 8pm ET / 12pm - 5pm PT
- Full-time employees require 40 total hours weekly; part-time requires 20-30 total hours weekly
- Basic proficiency with video conferencing software, data collection software, messaging apps, troubleshooting, and virtual care platforms
- Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace
