EX Squared is looking for a Remote Assurance Manager to oversee and drive our quality assurance processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies that ensure the reliability and performance of our products.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and test plans
- Lead and coordinate testing activities across projects
- Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance benchmarks
- Manage defect tracking and resolution processes
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and automation frameworks
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in quality assurance management or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience managing testing teams and coordinating cross-functional QA activities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows effectively
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Germany. You will work in a distributed environment with flexible hours.
