Kiavi is looking for a Jr. Treasury Analyst to help manage and process our internal and external money movements. You'll be responsible for internal reporting of bank account positions and performing prompt reconciliations and approvals to ensure funds flow in a timely manner.
What You'll Do
- Review funding and construction holdback draw wires, ensuring system data aligns with loan documentation.
- Process a high volume of bank transactions with accuracy.
- Disburse payments from the service holding account to investors’ FBO accounts and perform reconciliation of these transactions.
- Assist with monthly bank account reconciliations.
- Prepare and reconcile reports reflecting daily liquidity and warehouse line capacity balances.
- Manage tax payment requests including reconciling the tax advance on the loan, correcting any inaccuracies, and sending funds to the correct beneficiary.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with internal partners, ensuring prompt resolution of operational challenges.
- Assist with various ad hoc tasks that the Treasury team handles.

- Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $50,000 to $75,000 + 5% + benefits.

This role is hybrid. You can work remotely from any of our approved hiring regions. We provide a one-time office setup reimbursement of up to $500 and a monthly $85 stipend for internet and phone expenses.
