The Accelerated Agency is hiring an Associate for the Operations Consulting Group. This role operates on a rotational, project-based model, providing operational support across the firm's business teams. Associates move through various departments, contributing to high-priority initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Provide operational support on a rotational basis across business teams including legal & compliance, fund accounting, management company accounting, tax, financial reporting, technology, human resources, valuation, business development, and investor relations.
- Contribute to departmental priorities requiring judgment, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration during assigned rotations.
- Adapt quickly to new subject matter and environments, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business.
- Strong technical aptitude, including comfort working across systems and data sets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, synthesize findings, and support informed decision-making.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn.
- Ability to exercise discretion, particularly in dealing with confidential matters/materials.
- Team-oriented mindset with a demonstrated interest and ability to contribute meaningfully and collaboratively with others, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism and integrity.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (MBA) a plus.
Team & Environment
The firm employs a team comprised of approximately 100 employees. The OCG team is led by the Manager of the Operations Consulting Group, who reports into the Managing Director, Human Resources & Facilities and the Manager, Human Resources & Facilities. This role reports directly to the Manager of the Operations Consulting Group.
