CareHarmony was looking for a Remote - Associate Recruiter

CareHarmony is hiring a Remote Associate Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will assist with sourcing and onboarding for a variety of positions that support patients and clients in Chronic Care Management (CCM), interfacing directly with both internal stakeholders and candidates. This is a fully remote position requiring little to no travel.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with sourcing and onboarding for roles supporting Chronic Care Management (CCM)
  • Interface with both the business and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Self-manage and apply successful recruiting core practices

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation tactics
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
  • Proactive, independent nature with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques
  • Demonstrated success directly soliciting passive candidates via phone or related inside sales experience
  • Driven to achieve and outperform, continuously seeking improvements to exceed targets
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases
  • A minimum of one year of previous work experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with high volume recruiting and an agency background
  • Previous Healthcare Recruiting experience
