CareHarmony is hiring a Remote Associate Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will assist with sourcing and onboarding for a variety of positions that support patients and clients in Chronic Care Management (CCM), interfacing directly with both internal stakeholders and candidates. This is a fully remote position requiring little to no travel.
What You'll Do
- Assist with sourcing and onboarding for roles supporting Chronic Care Management (CCM)
- Interface with both the business and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Self-manage and apply successful recruiting core practices
What We're Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation tactics
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
- Proactive, independent nature with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques
- Demonstrated success directly soliciting passive candidates via phone or related inside sales experience
- Driven to achieve and outperform, continuously seeking improvements to exceed targets
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases
- A minimum of one year of previous work experience
