Chronic Care Staffing is hiring a Remote Sales Associate

About the Role

Chronic Care Staffing (CCS) is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Associate to support our national sales and business development efforts. You will work closely with the Vice President of Sales to manage leads, coordinate conferences, maintain CRM and marketing systems, and provide administrative and research support to help CCS expand partnerships in the healthcare services industry.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and manage logistics for conferences, trade shows, and healthcare events.
  • Coordinate travel, booth setup, and marketing materials for events.
  • Handle outreach and follow-up communications with leads and attendees.
  • Track and report on post-conference leads and outcomes.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from the company website, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Dripify for outreach and target account tracking.
  • Schedule introduction and discovery calls for the VP of Sales.
  • Maintain accurate communication logs and CRM updates.
  • Support marketing by scheduling social posts, assisting with email campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly CRM reports for leadership review.
  • Assist with proposals, PowerPoint decks, and client research.
  • Draft follow-up emails, schedule meetings, and organize documentation.
  • Conduct background research on healthcare prospects such as FQHCs, RHCs, hospitals, and private practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and administrative teams to support the sales pipeline.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and coordinating complex schedules.
  • Self-starter who identifies opportunities to improve processes and support team success.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across departments.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRMs, LinkedIn, and social media management tools.
