CareHarmony is seeking a Remote Medical Receptionist to join our team supporting chronic care management. This role is central to our mission of bringing value and quality service to population health. You will thrive here if you enjoy directly supporting providers and their patients through a high-volume inbound call environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle all inbound calls to the organization; determine the purpose, screen, and direct to the appropriate department or team member.
- Route messages and escalations to the appropriate department or team member.
- Schedule appointments and reschedule as needed.
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a Customer Support, Administrative, Healthcare Reception, Provider Office, or Patient Relations role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Positive, uplifting personality with a natural ability to handle and deescalate escalations.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Fundamental experience working with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
Nice to Have
- Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience.
- Active Clinical Multi-State/Compact License.
- Associates' Degree or equivalent.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $14.50/hr.
