CareHarmony is hiring a Remote - Enrollment Specialist

About the Role

CareHarmony is seeking a Remote Enrollment Specialist to join our Patient Engagement Specialist team. You will help heal healthcare by telephonically educating and enrolling patients in a Medicare-sponsored care coordination program designed to help them better manage chronic illnesses.

What You'll Do

  • Work from an assigned patient pool, making outbound calls to educate patients on the advantages of our care program and persuade them to join.
  • Establish rapport with potential patients and tailor messaging based on their demographics, unique health concerns, and insurance.
  • Consistently deliver high call volume, spending over 80% of your time on the phone.
  • Take thorough notes in real-time on telephone conversations.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong people skills with a natural ability to express empathy and a patient-focused mindset.
  • Proven adaptability in a high-volume sales space, with the ability to meet deadlines and metrics.
  • Excellent communicator, able to explain the program in an informational, influential, concise, and personable manner.
  • Articulate a warm and professional etiquette when speaking on the phone.
  • High-quality data entry skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Creativity in delivering patient education while tailoring messaging to showcase program benefits.
  • Comfort working within different software platforms.
  • Availability during business hours (8 am - 5:30 pm CST).
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • US-Based.
