CareHarmony is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team and assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for a variety of roles supporting patients and clients in Chronic Care Management (CCM). This fully remote role involves interfacing with both the business and candidates and requires strong self-management skills.

What You'll Do

Assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for a variety of roles.
Interface with both the business and candidates.
Self-manage and understand successful recruiting core practices.
Create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
Take initiative and manage time to meet deadlines.
Source, screen, interview, select, and assess candidates.
Directly solicit passive candidates via the phone.

What We're Looking For

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques.
Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or have related inside sales experience.
Driven to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements to exceed targets.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases.
Minimum of one (2) year of previous work experience is required.
