CareHarmony was looking for a Remote - Associate Recruiter

CareHarmony is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team and assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for a variety of roles supporting patients and clients in Chronic Care Management (CCM). This fully remote role involves interfacing with both the business and candidates and requires strong self-management skills.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for a variety of roles.
  • Interface with both the business and candidates.
  • Self-manage and understand successful recruiting core practices.
  • Create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
  • Take initiative and manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Source, screen, interview, select, and assess candidates.
  • Directly solicit passive candidates via the phone.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or have related inside sales experience.
  • Driven to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements to exceed targets.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases.
  • Minimum of one (2) year of previous work experience is required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with high volume recruiting and an agency background.
  • Previous Healthcare Recruiting is a plus.
