CareHarmony is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team and assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for a variety of roles supporting patients and clients in Chronic Care Management (CCM). This fully remote role involves interfacing with both the business and candidates and requires strong self-management skills.
What You'll Do
- Assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for a variety of roles.
- Interface with both the business and candidates.
- Self-manage and understand successful recruiting core practices.
- Create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
- Take initiative and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Source, screen, interview, select, and assess candidates.
- Directly solicit passive candidates via the phone.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or have related inside sales experience.
- Driven to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements to exceed targets.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases.
- Minimum of one (2) year of previous work experience is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with high volume recruiting and an agency background.
- Previous Healthcare Recruiting is a plus.
