World Business Lenders, LLC is hiring a Remote Account Executive - Sales to drive the origination of short-term, real estate-collateralized commercial loans. You will be responsible for executing a sales strategy and building a client network across key Southeastern markets.
What You'll Do
- Create and implement a dynamic regional sales strategy for Atlanta, Nashville, Savannah, and the South Carolina coast from Myrtle Beach to Hilton Head.
- Foster meaningful connections with property management companies, HOA/condo associations, and short-term rental investors.
- Seek out and connect with potential borrowers interested in cash-out refinancing for their short-term rental properties.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and present the BNB Cashout product as a solution.
- Boost loan origination volume by cultivating partnerships and following a consultative sales approach.
- Team up with leadership to enhance go-to-market strategies informed by market insights.
- Keep a steady pipeline of opportunities, from lead generation to closing, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
