About this Role
We're seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to cultivate high-value client connections, comprehensively understanding product ecosystems and delivering customized solutions that drive continuous growth in trading volume, asset management, and revenue generation.
This is a highly performance-oriented position requiring robust goal orientation, rapid learning capabilities, and willingness to engage in extensive business travel.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Acquisition & Expansion
- Leverage diverse channels (offline visits, industry conferences, communities, referrals) to identify and develop high-potential clients
- Rapidly profile and qualify target customers, maintaining a structured lead pipeline
Client Relationship Management & Performance Targeting
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships through regular reviews
- Comprehensively manage portfolio performance metrics, achieving monthly/quarterly targets
Product & Solutions Advisory
- Develop comprehensive understanding of trading platform product lines
- Collect client requirements, collaborating with internal teams to design tailored solutions
Industry Insight & Continuous Learning
- Monitor industry trends, competitive strategies, and emerging product innovations
- Translate new knowledge into valuable client insights
- Regularly provide market intelligence for internal strategic development
What We Seek
- Minimum 2 years Web3 industry experience
- Proven ability to identify and engage high-potential clients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic financial market understanding

- Comfort with high-intensity work environments
- Self-motivated with exceptional resilience
- Bilingual proficiency (Chinese/English)
