About the Role

Fiserv Solutions LLC is hiring a Relationship Manager CMM to provide strategic and consultative management for a portfolio of existing clients. In this role, you will be the lead relationship person, focused on helping clients grow their business, leading large, multi-disciplined project teams, and integrating business development initiatives in complex environments.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new demand, revenue, profit margin, and client retention for your assigned portfolio.
  • Conduct a regular cadence of communication with clients at all levels, effectively articulating the company's value propositions.
  • Lead multiple initiatives concurrently to identify and close new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and lead an account strategy based on client growth plans, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Ensure proactive accountability to enhance client experience and retention.
  • Work in a virtual team setting to coordinate the appropriate resources to meet varying client requirements.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure client needs are being met.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and/or relationship management functions with successful, demonstrated performance against quota for multiple years.
  • A fundamental understanding of solution selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain senior-level client relationships, gaining trusted advisor status.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel required: Approximately 30%.
  • Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

Nice to Have

  • Background in a majority of these areas: banking, card processing, merchant processing, check services, prepaid, and alternative payments.
  • Prior experience successfully working in a dynamic, matrix environment.

Team & Environment

You will work in a virtual team setting to coordinate resources including product specialists, solution consultants, and service sales.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation Range: $59,500.00 - $126,600.00
