What You'll Do
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Leverage your network and referral partners to generate new-to-bank opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of complex client needs and collaborate with product specialists to deliver end-to-end financial solutions.
- Lead deal execution, drawing on strong origination, structuring and negotiation skills.
- Build your profile and presence as a CommBank representative across the Wollongong region.
What We're Looking For
- Excel at building relationships that drive growth.
- Have a strong track record managing high-value business client portfolios of $1-10m.
- Bring solid business banking knowledge and commercial acumen to client acquisition.
- Are confident in credit, financial analysis and understanding cash-flow drivers.
- Take pride in delivering outstanding service while generating new business.
