Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) is looking for a Relationship Executive to join our team in Sydney. You will provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of Healthcare clients with complex banking needs, commencing with an existing book of established clients. In addition to providing excellent service, you will focus on new client acquisition and identifying further opportunities to help move client businesses forward.

What You'll Do

Provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of Healthcare clients with complex banking needs.
Provide excellent service to an existing book of established clients.
Focus on new client acquisition.
Identify further opportunities for both new and existing clients.
Use insights, experience and expertise, along with a range of innovative products and services, to help move client businesses forward.
Drive deal execution with skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions.
Use network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities.
Deliver a broad range of financial solutions in collaborative environments.
Conduct financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding underlying cash-flow drivers.
Build relationships through excellent service and driving new business.

What We're Looking For

Experience in successfully building and leading a successful Commercial portfolio.
A passion to bank in the Healthcare industry.
Highly skilled in driving deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions.
Comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers.
Pride in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.

Nice to Have
