AdventHealth is looking for a Registered Nurse Medsurg Tele FT Days to join our team in Kissimmee, Florida. This role is central to providing compassionate, comprehensive care within our Medsurg Tele environment. You’ll be part of an organization that values the whole person and is dedicated to extending the healing ministry of Christ.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments evaluating physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized patient care plans based on needs and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely while monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS).
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- 1+ years experience in an acute care hospital setting.
