BeOne Medicines is hiring a Senior Manager, Clinical Business Development Insights. This role is a core member of the Clinical Business Development Insights (CBDi) team within our Global Commercial Strategy & Operations (GCSO) organization. You will be responsible for leading the company’s commercial competitive intelligence efforts across hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, while also driving foundational assessments in Protein Degradation and Immunology & Inflammation (I&I) initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Support Brukinsa global commercial competitive intelligence efforts across US and EU markets, translating findings into actionable insights to strengthen our hematology leadership.
- Integrate secondary commercial CI to support Tevimbra launches in the US and EU.
- Align intelligence priorities with key internal stakeholders to develop Key Intelligence Topics (KITs) and Key Intelligence Questions (KIQs).
- Partner with external CI agencies to conduct primary and secondary research, including HCP/KOL interviews, medical conference coverage, social monitoring, and ad-hoc assessments.
- Maintain a centralized knowledge repository of KOL interactions and competitive marketing materials.
- Monitor and assess emerging protein degradation technologies and the competitive landscape to help establish BeOne as a leader in the field.
- Benchmark BeOne’s CDAC protein degradation platform against current and emerging technologies, maintaining an updated repository of competitive profiles.
- Collaborate with BeOne’s Immunology & Inflammation (I&I) franchise to help broaden the company’s portfolio beyond oncology.
- Demonstrate and uphold high standards of business integrity and professional ethics.
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS with 7+ years of experience, MS with 5+ years of experience, or PhD/PharmD with 3+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills required to interpret scientific data, identify key business implications, and prepare high-level presentations for senior executives.
- Proven experience in consultative stakeholder management and building effective cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and respond to deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong passion for and intellectual curiosity about the biotech/pharmaceutical landscape.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (MS or higher) in a biological science preferred.
- Advanced degree in biological sciences, e.g., M.S., Ph.D., or Pharm.D., or an MBA preferred.

- Compensation: $142,300.00 - $187,300.00 annually.
