As Business Change Manager, you will guide the planning and implementation of organisational change across a major transformation initiative. Your focus will be on ensuring that changes to processes, teams, and technology are adopted effectively and sustainably. You will act as a key connector between delivery teams and operational stakeholders, shaping strategies that support transition and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and document the impact of change across people, workflows, and systems
- Develop and lead a structured change strategy, including roadmap and governance
- Map stakeholders, build sponsorship, and manage engagement and communication plans
- Conduct business readiness reviews and design transition plans for new operations
- Lead training needs assessments and coordinate development of learning resources
- Track adoption rates, feedback, and performance indicators to refine support
- Collaborate with programme managers, analysts, HR, and leadership teams
- Identify and address resistance, risks, and cultural challenges
- Produce clear reports, dashboards, and documentation for governance review
- Ensure compliance with standards for data quality, confidentiality, and safety
What You’ll Bring
- Proven knowledge of change frameworks such as ADKAR, PROSCI, or Kotter
- Experience in impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging
- Skilled in analysing complex environments and solving adoption challenges
- Track record in supporting cultural and behavioural shifts in diverse teams
- Experience in transformation or change delivery programmes
- Ability to coach, influence, and build trust across all organisational levels
- Capacity to balance multiple priorities across different business areas
