Leadership & Team Development
Manage and mentor a distributed team of proposal professionals, cultivating a culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and precision. Provide ongoing coaching and performance support to build capability and drive consistent results. Foster collaboration across regions and functions to strengthen team cohesion and responsiveness.
Strategic Process Improvement
Continuously evaluate and enhance pursuit workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and return on investment. Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies—including AI tools—into standard practices to streamline production and elevate output. Monitor industry shifts and procurement trends to keep methodologies current and effective.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
Partner with senior leaders across the organization to align proposal strategy with business priorities. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the pursuit lifecycle, from early capture planning to final submission. Translate complex requirements into clear, persuasive content that resonates with decision-makers.
Qualifications & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years in proposal management, with demonstrated success in both public and private sector environments
- At least 1 year leading remote or global teams, with a focus on development and performance
- Strong command of procurement standards, compliance frameworks, and best practices
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and digital collaboration platforms
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
