Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Field Services Representative to join its ReNewal Reprocessing Program team in the San Francisco area. In this 35 hours/week role, you will provide on-site support to healthcare facilities, be responsible for the packing and shipping of designated medical devices, and ensure program supplies are maintained.
What You'll Do
- Establish and follow a regular schedule to visit your assigned facility to collect devices from designated containers.
- Coordinate the packing of devices using proper techniques for safe shipment in Medline ReNewal shipping containers.
- Arrange for the timely shipment of collection containers.
- Update the Collection Container Locations sheet to maintain an accurate record of container placement.
- Provide support during in-service sessions as directed by your Account Manager.
- Make regular rounds throughout the facility to introduce yourself and the program, answer questions, and share staff feedback.
- Ensure program supplies remain stocked for use.
- Distribute program collateral throughout the facility as directed.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to travel locally 100% of the time around San Francisco.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 30 pounds as a regular part of daily tasks.
- A current valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and ability to travel in your own vehicle.
- Ability to be credentialed at the highest level to gain admittance to all required rooms within each designated facility.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to complete work tasks thoroughly.
- Self-initiative and dependability to reliably perform the job in an independent setting.
Nice to Have
- High School Diploma or GED.

You will work under the supervision of a Regional Manager.
