Lead with purpose and impact in a role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. As Chief of Staff for Autodesk Education, you will partner closely with the Vice President and General Manager to shape priorities, refine decision-making, and ensure clarity across key initiatives. Your work will directly influence how the organization plans, operates, and delivers on its mission.
Strategic Leadership and Alignment
You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping define strategic direction, evaluate tradeoffs, and align leadership teams around shared goals. By synthesizing complex inputs, you’ll prepare executive-level materials that inform critical business discussions and ensure decisions are grounded in data and long-term vision.
Operational Excellence and Execution
Lead a dedicated Program Management Office to drive progress across high-priority Education programs. Establish clear operating rhythms, track milestones, and maintain accountability across functions. You’ll identify dependencies, surface risks early, and ensure follow-through on commitments that keep initiatives on track.
Enterprise Collaboration
Act as a connector across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Build strong relationships that foster collaboration and ensure the Education business is represented in enterprise-wide forums. You’ll balance broad organizational alignment with advocacy for Education-specific opportunities and needs.
Continuous Improvement
Refine how programs are planned, executed, and measured. Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and business outcomes, not just activity. Bring structure to ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and maintain calm, clear leadership in a dynamic environment.
