Lead complex enterprise programs across a global footprint, managing end-to-end delivery for 5 to 7 high-profile accounts. In this role, you will own project scope, risk management, change control, and budget adherence, ensuring each initiative aligns with client goals and internal capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct a multi-account portfolio, maintaining control over timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across regions.
- Collaborate with consulting, regional, and technical teams to coordinate seamless project execution and resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with client executives and internal leaders, ensuring consistent engagement and transparency.
- Develop realistic project plans by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the platform’s architecture, modules, and integration capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends and client environments to identify opportunities for improved solutions and service delivery.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and status reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including weekly burn and progress updates.
- Drive accountability across teams without direct authority, motivating resources toward shared objectives and high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
Fluency in both English and German is required. You should bring extensive experience managing client-facing technology projects in SaaS, IT, or software environments, particularly with large-scale, multi-organizational initiatives. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project life cycles, and web-based platforms is essential.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, along with a proven ability to lead through influence. Knowledge of customer experience platforms, omnichannel systems, or CCAAS implementations is an advantage.
