About the Role

6800 Oyster Point Pharma, Inc (Delaware corp), operating as part of Viatris, is hiring a Territory Manager, Eye Care to represent our vision and culture within the Nashville, TN territory. This role is responsible for meeting sales objectives and developing key partnerships with Eye Care Professionals to empower people worldwide to live healthier lives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the Nashville, TN territory, which includes Nashville, TN; Bowling Green, KY; and Huntsville, AL.
  • Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
  • Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with targeted Eye Care Professional accounts.
  • Leverage disease state knowledge and marketplace trends to manage business opportunities.
  • Deliver approved, education-focused and patient-centric messages to target accounts.
  • Achieve business goals quarterly and annually while adhering to all compliance standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to create a positive experience for accounts and their patients.
  • Provide customer insights and feedback on strategic initiatives to leadership.
  • Utilize territory business planning tools to uncover additional opportunities.
  • Manage approved resources effectively to maximize pull-through.
  • Comply with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies with integrity and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales experience with a proven successful track record.
  • Must live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel required; overnight travel may be needed depending on territory.
  • Must meet all access requirements for target offices and health care facilities within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Nice to Have

  • Eye care experience preferred, but not required.

  • Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 for Professional level and $108,000 - $162,000 for Senior level.

Work Mode

This is a local-city role based in the Nashville, TN territory, which also includes Bowling Green, KY and Huntsville, AL.
