NTT Global Data Centers EMEA UK Ltd. is looking for a Learning and Development Partner to support the development of teams across our global organization. You will implement and track training programs, shape digital learning models, and enable operational excellence through audit support and content curation.
What You'll Do
- (Co-)Lead global Learning & Development projects, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate and support the implementation and adoption of training programs for teams globally
- Collaborate with senior L&D Partners, SMEs, internal trainers, and third-party providers to facilitate training strategy rollout
- Assist with scheduling, delivery logistics, and communications for in-person and digital training initiatives
- Manage multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, reporting, content upload and upkeep
- Assist in the preparation and execution of audits, pulling desired criteria when needed
- Track training participation, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement of training programs
- Monitor and report on regional training needs and gaps, working with multiple stakeholders
- Create, curate, and design different training courses and plans, working with SMEs to digitize knowledge
- Deliver high-quality training and facilitate workshops across a range of business areas
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with training delivery methodologies and adult learning principles
- Strong experience in digital learning design and delivery
- Experience supporting qualification tracking or training compliance in an operational setting
- Experience working in a multinational or regionally distributed organization
- Proven experience in a training coordination, HR, or operations support role
- Strong organizational and Project Management skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders, priorities, and expectations across multiple regions
- Ability to work independently while contributing to broader team goals and strategies
- Willingness to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across different time zones
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams
- Empathetic and high emotional intelligence
- Problem solver with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to prioritise and work to a timeframe
- Some experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design software like Storyline or Rise, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
