The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Pharmacy Informatics Lead to manage and optimize the clinical pharmacy systems that support the pharmacy benefit across all lines of business. This role sits at the intersection of Clinical Pharmacy, Operations, IT, and Analytics to ensure systems translate clinical intent into operational workflows and accurate data.
What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of clinical pharmacy operations, including formulary builds, clinical edits, and drug coverage logic within core platforms.
- Oversee vendors via testing and ROI evaluation, validate system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment between policy and outcomes.
- Serve as a primary resource for data integrity, identifying discrepancies in claims, authorizations, and eligibility that impact members or reporting.
- Generate actionable insights by collaborating with partners to extract and analyze pharmacy-related data.
- Ensure audit readiness by maintaining system logic, configuration documentation, and data traceability for CMS, state, and accreditation requirements.
- Support Stars, HEDIS, and quality initiatives by enabling accurate population identification and validating measure logic.
- Contribute to financial and utilization trend reporting, supporting rebate operations, forecasting, spend analysis, and cost-of-care opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, contribute to SOP development, and provide expertise for system enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Active and good-standing Pharmacist license.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in clinical informatics.
Nice to Have
- Master's Degree.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $117,707.20 - $171,204.80/Annual.
