Savant Labs is hiring a Customer Operations Coordinator - East Coast

About the Role

At Savant Labs, the Customer Operations Coordinator - East Coast is a key member of our Customer Operations Team, dedicated to providing a seamless customer experience from order processing through final delivery. You'll be responsible for ensuring customers are taken care of throughout the entire order lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver superior customer service as part of the Customer Operations team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them completely.
  • Process customer orders and follow through until confirmed delivery.
  • Interact daily with vendors and suppliers in third-party or drop-ship scenarios.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure service level agreements are achievable.
  • Track orders shipped to enterprise customers via parcel, LTL/FTL, and containers.

What We're Looking For

  • Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Ability to work the schedule of 4am-12pm EST Monday-Friday.
  • Exceptional customer service experience and skill set.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task effectively.
  • Must be willing to work in a team atmosphere.
  • Ability to work in an office environment.
  • Must be able to comply with all Packsize confidentiality and non-compete policies.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in customer service, supply chain, procurement, logistics coordination, or a similar field.
  • Background in packaging, manufacturing, transportation, or supply chain.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ERP/CRM/TMS systems (like SAP, Salesforce, BluJay), and BI Tools/Reporting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (lookups, array formulas, pivot tables, VBA).
  • Ability to learn new software programs and processes with ease.
