DaVita, whose name means 'giving life,' is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. This role focuses on providing direct care to dialysis patients in an outpatient clinic setting. You will build meaningful relationships with patients, work as part of a supportive team, and deliver care in a fast-paced environment where you can leverage a broad range of nursing skills.

Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Deliver care to patients often dealing with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans.
Oversee a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
Work in a fast-paced environment that engages your head, heart, and hands each day.
Commit to improving patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
Float to various clinics during and after your training.

What We're Looking For

An Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may be substituted.
You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to Have

Experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) setting.
Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position. Primary location is 802 N John Young Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida, 34741. You may also work at clinics in the Kissimmee, Orlando, St. Cloud, Winter Haven and surrounding areas.
