Clarivate is hiring a Manager, Commercial Consulting to lead and develop a team of consultants while ensuring high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving team performance and aligning the practice's efforts with broader business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of consultants, focusing on their professional development and career growth.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet customer objectives efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Contribute to business development by supporting proposal writing, customer presentations, and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Recruit and train consultants, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Establish and communicate team goals and performance metrics to track progress against departmental objectives.
- Provide input and recommendations on staffing decisions for the team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
