Every is hiring a Cleaner to join C&W Services. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of custodial duties to maintain building cleanliness and safety, following established procedures and standards.
What You'll Do
- Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other interior surfaces.
- Operate light and heavy commercial floor machines, including buffers and shampooers.
- Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas, performing daily spot cleaning and directed shampooing.
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, door trim, light fittings, and all other horizontal surfaces.
- Wash windowsills, interior glass, and specified windows and trim.
- Wash or spot clean interior walls as required.
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily.
- Monitor and report possible defects like clogged fixtures or lighting issues.
- Collect building trash daily, placing it in designated containers for removal.
- Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers.
- Sweep or shovel snow from building entrances and walkways as directed.
- Perform periodic work including high dusting, polishing, and wall washing.
- Complete any other assigned duties.
What We're Looking For
- No previous experience required for basic cleaning responsibilities.
- Ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
- Capability to use standard cleaning tools and equipment.
- Experience using a portable, backpack-style vacuum cleaner.
- Strong attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
Team & Environment
You will work under the direct supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position.
