What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for specific patient populations.
- Manage a patient case load through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's Degree
- Valid RN license - Active in Virginia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
- 1 year of nursing experience
