Agiliti is looking for a Hospital Service Technician to manage equipment flow within the hospital, ensuring it is patient-ready and available. You will act as a subject-matter expert of customer service, supporting clinical staff and hospital operations at Meriter Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. Our team is passionate about medical equipment management and believes every interaction has the power to change a life.
What You'll Do
- Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
- Confidently communicate with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
- Provide quality service, perform to quality standards, and meet both customer and company metrics.
- Pick up, clean, and process all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use following all company and hospital protocols.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule.
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.
