Unilever was looking for a Territory Sales Officer

Unilever is looking for a Territory Sales Officer to achieve sales targets through personal selling and by managing the distributor system. You will be part of the world’s most successful, purpose-led business, working with loved brands that strive to improve lives.

What You'll Do

  • Achieve sales targets through personal selling in the market and driving the distribution system.
  • Manage the distributor system in terms of both front-end and back-end infrastructure.
  • Systematically analyze, extract, and use MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities to improve execution in your geography.
  • Negotiate with distributors and develop their people to obtain more business.
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships with trade to strengthen our market position and generate market feedback.
  • Analyze how to improve competitive position through improved customer service.
  • Monitor the performance of the distributor and their sales team, taking corrective action on infrastructure gaps.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum full-time graduation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel Sales.
  • Excellent in ROI Calculations and RS Distribution Management.
  • Well-versed with RS appointment and Sales Planning.
  • Experience conducting promotional activities and execution.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel.
  • Decent communication in English and the local language is desired.
