Allina Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Centralized Nursing Services Refills team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive patient care support for our centralized nursing program, focusing on outpatient and home care services including triage, anticoagulation, and refill management. You will work in a primarily remote clinic setting with occasional onsite requirements, supporting our mission to provide exceptional care as we prevent illness, restore health, and provide comfort.
What You'll Do
- Collect, prioritize, and synthesize comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
- Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient.
- Develop plans that prescribe interventions to attain expected outcomes and implement them in a safe, timely manner.
- Evaluate patient progress towards attainment of outcomes and systematically enhance the quality of nursing practice.
- Attain knowledge and competency reflecting current nursing practice and evaluate your own practice against professional standards.
- Contribute to the professional development of peers and collaborate with patients, families, and others.
- Integrate research findings into practice and incorporate factors related to safety, effectiveness, and cost in care planning.
- Provide leadership in the professional practice setting and practice in an environmentally safe and healthy manner.
- May act as Charge Nurse or Preceptor as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing.
- A minimum of 3 years of RN experience.
- Proficiency in setup and usage of computer technology including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse - WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services required by completion of orientation.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. The position is fully remote with occasional onsite requirements. The employee is required to live within 60 minutes of either Apple Valley, MN or Coon Rapids, MN.
