- Drive the sales cycle to ensure winning bids and seamless project delivery.
- Report on competitor activity, regional construction trends, and economic shifts.
- Act as the ultimate 'Voice of the Customer' within the organization, ensuring market needs inform product and service evolution.
- Maintain an unwavering commitment to honesty in all dealings, from lead-time expectations to pipeline reporting.
- Foster a collaborative, 'one-team' relationship with factory production and internal operations teams.
- Lead by example in breaking down silos between field sales, engineering, and customer service.
- Analyze regional sales data and KPIs to identify trends, market shifts, and under-penetrated opportunities.
- Customize our value proposition for different sub-markets and adapt sales strategies based on regional activity.
- Proactively monitor competitor pricing and positioning to protect existing accounts and capture new ones.
- Evaluate agent and territory performance, shifting resources to areas with the highest ROI and growth potential.
- Act as a professional bridge between field sales and manufacturing, advocating for the customer while respecting operational integrity.
