Coperion, an Operating Company of Hillenbrand, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to provide direction and recommendations for business operations in Tennessee. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals for DME products, reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, and defining sales programs.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers daily and deliver sales presentations to key clients.
- Meet team targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends affecting company sales and review market analyses.
- Assist leadership in the annual review, preparation, and administration of sales forecasts.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships and closing deals.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of competitors.
- Travel up to 50-75% of the time, including overnight stays.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field with 5+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination.
- Experience in mold making, injection molding, or the plastics industry.
- Ability to utilize CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
