Cribl is seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Enterprise Regional Sales Manager for Southern California. A successful candidate will clearly articulate our value proposition and execute on proven sales processes.
What You'll Do
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
- Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
- Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO.
- Forecast predictably and hit sales targets.
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to remote-first, multi-timezone work.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s).
- Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization <1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills throughout your career.
- A proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and demonstrated ability to run a complex sales process.
- Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
- Able to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
- Background using MEDDIC.

- Compensation: $140,000 - $155,000 USD + equity.
