CrowdStrike, a mission-driven company focused on stopping breaches, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to directly sell enterprise security software solutions across the breadth of our products. This remote field sales role, based in the UAE, is accountable for planning, prospecting, qualification, and closing new business revenue, primarily through flexible and scalable licensing models.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers, typically using flexible and scalable licensing models.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, identifying core customer requirements and mapping CrowdStrike's solutions to customer business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated product adoption, expansion, and eventual transition of accounts to expansion/renewal focused Account Managers.
- Document customer contact and activity data within CRM/Marketing software.
- Be accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and implementation of agreed account and business plans.
- Promote CrowdStrike's products, maximize brand recognition and mindshare, and publicize success stories.
- Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvement.
- Routinely sell-to and interact with executive-level customer decision makers, up to C-levels, typically assigned to Enterprise or complex public sector accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional sales experience.
- Expert-level experience using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues.
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills.
- A complete, 'big-picture' understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
- A driven, self-starter who exudes leadership and compels others.
- Full adeptness at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
- Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, the sales lifecycle of security software solutions, software business value concepts, and the company's products.

- BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate with other teams including Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel / Alliances sales teams, Finance and Customer Support, as well as external Alliance and Channel Partners.
