Atmosera is hiring an Alliance Partner Manager, LATAM Microsoft and GitHub (Remote)

About the Role

As the Alliance Partner Manager for Latin America, you will lead the strategic relationship between your organization and Microsoft and GitHub across the region. You'll act as the central connection point, aligning internal teams with external partners to expand market reach and accelerate shared business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and sustain trusted relationships with Microsoft and GitHub partners, field representatives, and ecosystem contacts throughout Latin America.
  • Lead all aspects of Microsoft Partner Center operations, including deal registration, CPOR, PAL, and Azure Marketplace updates.
  • Drive co-sell initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment on campaigns, solution positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Manage funding and incentive programs from nomination through reimbursement, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure compliance and timely execution.
  • Orchestrate regional planning cycles, including pipeline reviews, enablement sessions, and collaborative marketing or event initiatives.
  • Identify high-impact partnership opportunities that fuel pipeline growth, customer expansion, and regional market development.
  • Support leadership with business reviews, executive reporting, and performance tracking tied to alliance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years in partner or alliance management, channel sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience engaging with the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including co-sell programs and partner-led sales motions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft programs such as Co-Sell Ready, ISV Connect, Azure Marketplace, CSP, CPOR, and PAL.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and supporting sales operations and reporting.
  • Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.

Regional experience in Latin America and knowledge of enterprise SaaS, managed services, or consulting environments are advantageous. Portuguese language skills are a plus.
