About the Role

CrowdStrike is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive market expansion across New Zealand's Enterprise and Government sectors. In this remote role, you will champion our cybersecurity platform while building and managing a thriving territory.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and close strategic accounts while hitting ambitious revenue targets, owning the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
  • Cultivate deep connections with C-suite executives, key decision makers, and channel partners to become the trusted security advisor.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans, identify high-impact opportunities, and build a robust pipeline that exceeds quota.
  • Serve as CrowdStrike's ambassador in accounts, articulating the value proposition and showcasing real-world use cases.
  • Partner with marketing to execute regional strategies and leverage internal resources to build winning solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Enterprise Sales Excellence with a track record closing high-value deals with mid-to-large Enterprise and Government customers in technology.
  • Deep experience selling cloud-based SaaS solutions with a consultative, solutions-selling approach.
  • Executive Presence, comfortable navigating C-level conversations and influencing key stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Strong sales fundamentals including forecasting accuracy, Salesforce proficiency, and consistent quota attainment.
  • Strategic thinking, accountability, and the leadership qualities to own your territory.

Nice to Have

  • Cybersecurity industry experience, understanding the threat landscape, security solutions, and customer pain points authentically.
