Oshkosh AeroTech is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to manage all potential Passenger Boarding Bridge project opportunities focused on airports in or near the central United States. In this remote role, you will be the key interface for customers throughout the bid, manufacturing, and delivery phases while promoting Jetway products and services.
What You'll Do
- Manage all potential Passenger Boarding Bridge Project opportunities in a specified area.
- Interface with customers (Airports, Airlines, and General Contractors) from the bid phase through manufacture and delivery.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers, architects, specification writers, and industry specialists.
- Promote Jetway products and services through direct customer engagement.
- Book, plan, and represent Oshkosh AeroTech Jetway at industry shows and conventions.
- Communicate with customers and agents, writing supporting documentation for project bid submissions.
- Review tender documentation in detail and ensure all required submittal materials are included with proposals.
- Coordinate with the Bids & Proposal department to develop, understand, and communicate the scope of work.
- Support the Bids & Proposals Team with logging, distributing, and controlling tender documentation.
- Work in the company's sales software tool for data entry, project support, and forecasting.
- Gain a technical understanding of product options and performance characteristics.
- Develop and update proposal submittals and technical write-ups, coordinating with the Bids and Proposals Department.
- Commit to deadlines and work overtime when necessary.
- Interact with and assist other Jetway departments with data requests.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze historical data on departmental performance.
- Obtain, organize, and distribute competitive information to the sales force.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for product design and development.
- Know the market customer base and key players within it.
- Understand competitive strengths and weaknesses to better position products.
- Develop and maintain a detailed analysis of the competitive landscape.
- Assist in defining the product strategy roadmap.
- Assist in writing sales and promotional materials.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 or more years of related experience.
- Ability to travel with short notice and availability for potential extensive travel.
- Valid Passport.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software applications.
- Must live either in Utah or the central part of the US.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $91,800.00 - $153,200.00.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in the Central US region or Utah.
